All BRIDGETECH IP-PROBES have the RDP™ functionality built-in. With the ASI equipped probes even the ASI input can be returned and in the chassis models used with the VB250 (COFDM) and VB260 (QAM) input modules, signals measured after the local transmitter or modulator can also be returned for deeper analysis, drastically cutting travel necessities to regional sites.
Anothere important usage is to utilize the RDP™ where signals are scrambled, making descrambling easy by transporting the stream to the NOC, head-end or anywhere else.
