TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Bridge Technologies is rapidly growing its client’s base and therefore needs to expand the customer support team with an enthusiastic and service minded *Technical Support Engineer*.

Our company provides carrier-grade monitoring and analysis solutions that enable broadcasters and operators to deliver professional quality video and audio services. Our customers are Telco and Cable operators who expect a high level of technical expertise from their equipment providers. Your main reasonability will be to ensure Bridgetech products work flawlessly within the customer’s environment. The job involves close cooperation with our development team.

Degree qualified: Relevant higher education (BSc., BEng, Ing.)

Responsibilities
» System installation, configuration and testing
» Customer support
» Remote maintenance and diagnostics
» Upgrading of deployed products
» Demonstration of Bridgetech equipment
» Technical training on Bridgetech products
» Organizing and building of stands at trade-shows
» Testing of new products and new SW releases

You have a positive attitude; want to work with an experienced team, developing tomorrow’s technology and products. Fluency in English is a requirement, and additional language skills are advantageous. You must work in Norway and traveling should be expected.

LINUX PROGRAMMERS

We are seeking experienced C/C++ programmers to participate in the development of Linux based IPTV applications. You will take considerable part in designing, implementing and deploying software applications. You like to work in a highly dynamic and informal environment and focus more on results than on process.

Attitude and drive can compensate for lacking formal education. Graduates are welcome to apply. You must work in Norway.

You possess skills and interests in some of these areas:

» WEB and IPTV standards
