NEWS/Bridge Technologies REPORTS Adds Enterprise-Level Reporting for Telecoms and Digital TV Operators

(Oslo, Norway - 1th Sptember 2008)
Bridge Technologies announces the release of REPORTS, an optional module for its VBC server system providing in-depth reporting capabilities for digital TV applications.
REPORTS offers full, enterprise-level reporting capabilities for Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and proof-of-carriage documentation for service providers and telecoms. Reports can be generated and individually output from the system from any time period — the previous 24 hours to the last two years — with system aggregation views and individual site views. Easy-to-understand graphical representation makes REPORTS a valuable tool for nontechnical staff, and the optional trending display is excellent for engineering’s evaluation of the status of sites or of the system.
“Bridge Technologies’ end-to-end monitoring solutions deliver the precise and accurate data digital TV operators need to keep track of every aspect of their services,” said Simen Frostad, chairman, Bridge Technologies. “With the addition of REPORTS, operators can provide the data they need to validate performance in the most convenient and readily understood form.”
Reports can be created by breaking data down by individual channels and locations, and can provide aggregation of data for the total system performance relative to SLA. Based on a powerful PostScript engine, REPORTS is fully customizable with customer logos and designs, and offers resolution-independent output for screen or print. |
